Print passport photos online from the comfort of your home
Passport photos must meet HMPO's latest rules and regulations to be accepted, so here are some quick tips on what your photo should show.

1) Be a close-up of the full front view of the face and top of the shoulders squared to the camera.
2) Show the applicant with a neutral facial expression (no smiling, mouth closed).
3) Be taken against a plain cream or light-grey colored background
4) Not have shadows across the face or shoulders, around the ears or in the background.
5) Show eyes open and clearly visible. Glasses are acceptable as long as the eyes are clearly visible and there is no glare in the glasses. Sunglasses, tinted glasses and red eyes are unacceptable.
6) Not include head coverings, unless worn for religious beliefs or medical reasons.
7) Be originals and not taken from an existing photo.
8) Have been taken within the last month
